The Aspiring Artist Program’s Fall Exchange Day, which will be held at Pinecrest Manor Saturday, December 12, 2015.

Registration of paintings and photos will be held between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. An artist may display three art pieces which must be properly framed and have wire attached ready for hanging.

The Aspiring Artist Program was created by Doris Stackpole of Stackpole Art Gallery. She turned the program over to Shirley Nicklas and Donna Marasco of the Marienstadt Corporation. When Donna resigned Shirley continued the program. Over the years, Shirley had many volunteers to assist. She retired in 2015.

The program is now under the direction of Elk County Council on the Arts.
