Youth Art Month Exhibition
Elk County Council on the Arts is celebrating Youth Art Month this March to highlight the creativity of local youth.
This exhibition will provide youth aged 18 and under in the Elk County area a chance to present their work to the art community in a professional gallery setting. Our goal for the exhibit is to encourage young artists and to support artistic development within the community. The exhibit will be open to the public and is set to run March 1 - 31, 2023.
We encourage all participating youth, their teachers, family, and friends to join us for a celebratory reception on Saturday, March 4 from 4-7PM in the ECCOTA Gallery at 237 Main Street, Ridgway. Light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
Elk County Council on the Arts recommends the following presentation and display standards:
All 2-D (Flat) pieces should be securely mounted, matted, or framed.
All hanging pieces must have a secure method to attach to the display wall.
