Join the ECCOTA Board of Directors

The Elk County Council on the Arts Board of Directors is always excited to welcome new members. The ECCOTA board holds meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 PM in the ECCOTA Gallery. Board members must be residents of Elk County.
