School-age children and parents/guardians are welcome to attend the Erie Art Museum Trip on Wednesday, June 26 at a non-refundable cost of $30 per person. Please complete attendee and emergency contact information for each person going on the trip.

Our school bus will leave the St. Leo’s Church parking lot at 8AM and is scheduled to return at approximately 5PM. Please pack a brown bag lunch to enjoy at the museum, and don’t be late!
