The Elk County Council on the Arts is seeking an individual to fill the position of Creative Funding Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, friendly, and have the ability to multi-task and quickly problem-solve. No artistic talent or ability is required, but an interest in the arts is a must. Non-profit, grant-seeking, small business, and/or project management experience is preferred.

Creative Funding Coordinator
Part-Time Exempt Position
$18,000 Annual Salary
FUNCTION: Serves as the face of ECCOTA throughout the region, developing and maintaining relationships with local and regional partners, and with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts. This position reports to the Executive Director.
Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) partnership
Facilitate all activities related to the Creative Entrepreneurs Accelerator Program Grant across a five-county region.
Promote the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program grant program through information sessions, targeted marketing, webinars, direct outreach, and workshops throughout the region.
Assist applicants during the application and closeout process.
Maintain relationships with regional Referral Coordinators.
Develop and maintain grant application platform and recipient database.
Program Stream Grant, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) partnership
Facilitate all activities related to the Program Stream Grant across a five-county region.
Seek new and returning grant applicants for Program Stream and Entry to Program Stream grants.
Promote the Program Stream grant cycle to eligible organizations across a five-county region.
Assist applicants during the application and closeout process.
Sales Gallery
Work evening hours, special events, and Saturdays as needed.
Establish positive relationships with local and regional artists.
Assist with sales and general operations of the sales gallery.
Assist with planning and execution of fundraisers, displays, exhibits, promotions, and educational programming.
General
Closely monitor and adhere to program budget and deadlines.
Attend PCA partner meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Maintain social media presence related to CEAP, Program Stream, and other funding opportunities.
Maintain and update CEAP and Program Stream print materials and sections of ECCOTA.com.
Create and distribute information via blog posts on ECCOTA.com and local press as appropriate.
In conjunction with the Executive Director, execute the organization’s strategic plan.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
