Paul received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Arts Education from California University of Pennsylvania and taught technology in public schools in northeastern New Jersey. Upon retirement, he relocated to north central Pennsylvania and resided in Troutville. After purchasing his first camera he became passionate about photographing nature. In addition to elk, he also photographed tame and wildflowers that are presented in a unique visually artistic manner.

Paul’s photography prints remain available at the ECCOTA Gallery following his passing in 2022.
